I believe each team plays with their own balls. When a team is being offensive, they are able to run up and down the field with their balls out. When they're defensive, they keep their balls to themselves and let the other team play with their own balls.

It's the gentlemanly thing to do.

I follow hockey , not much football but I agree they would have won the colts game but does anybody think they haven't tryed this before?
I guess they never fumble a ball at home all year pretty lucky......eh!

In football they tamper with ball to get advantage . Same thing happens in soccer. When it comes to baseball certain players have been in trouble for using certain bats. Boxing has lost credibility for fixing fights. There has also been tampering of balls in rugby and cricket for those that watch those sports. MMA is mostly grappling on the floor where they tamper each other's balls. Maybe I'll start watching hockey now. 😁 it would be cool to see all these athletes using steroids for my entertainment.
