I think if we legalize human cloning the world will go to shit. Fast. Any other opinions?

Its natural and not 100% identical. Also they would have diffrent thought process. And wouldnt be killed to harvest organs. Organs is one thing there trying to duplicate, but besides that the bodies useless. Just a temporary waste of space oxygen and food. My opinion it would be better to just clone the organs instead of making a whole nother living "person"

Umm...not so successfully...you should google what eventually happened to Dolly.
Well it's a work in progress. The fact that they were able to do it in the first place is a good start. Now they just have to work out the kinks.

Clones aren't humans.

The bigger question going forward is are genetically modified "people" actually human?

Reason why that's the bigger question is you'll see the genetically modified before you'll be seeing many clones.

Scientists have made the ethical decision to NOT clone humans bc of ethical and moral repercussions...as for Dolly being cloned back in '98, she lived 6 years and gave birth twice..

Cloning is FAR from perfected and complications do arise in the process and the finished product. In fact it took over 100 attempts b4 they even got the egg to take that produced Dolly. I'm sure by the time we CAN clone humans perfectly we'll have developed other processes that will extend out lives
