Hey guys, I recently decided to start playing again. Problem is, my old profile had special characters made from a certain keyboard that I can't seem to find :(

I know the password - no problem there. Does anyone know who Mr. Merciélago is? I'm based in Michigan. I just need the name remade or copied so I can log on. I don't really want to start over. :/

Contact support. Tell them you want to log into your old account. They will log you out of the account you are using now so you can use your old one.

Go to google, search your name(in normal characters) find a post you made somewhere in the forum, highlight it, copy and paste it in the log in. Make sure that there isn't a space at the end of your name though otherwise it won't let you log in.

I retrieved my password to my account and it sent me my username in the email

Thanks everyone. The problem is I will need to find a way to logout. After that I'm not sure if I have even logged out from my old device (as I had the TW app on a phone that is longgggg gone). We'll see. I'm hoping all goes well because I am not looking forward to punching all those codes that I've already done.

You have to plug in your iphone to iTunes and click the device serial number and get the code from iTunes. Then message the support team with that code and ask for them to log out.

Or just message support n tell then to delete this account off ur device
