Gangs?

i have played this game for almost 2 years(I got a new iPod for Christmas and forgot the password to my old account) and I have come to the conclusion that TW needs a form of alliance (a GANG, perhaps?) this would allow players to team up permanently (or as long as they choose to stay) instead of the 30 day vendettas. Anyone else think this is a logical addition?
