  If I got an apology from this guy it would go a long way, I've already invested time and energy into what I consider an appropriate response so I'm not just going to stop. His actions and bad attitude are what's driving me, if he wants things to change he needs to start to changing the way he speaks to people, especially when there cutting him a break to begin with. I've sent the same message to other players and never had any problems, so I don't know WTF this guys deal is.
