about a month ago I noticed a player capping all inactives and micro mobs in an area.. After asking him to stop he carried on.. I started a vendetta and started teaching him a lesson and a promise was made it wouldn't continue.. After checking again recently I've noticed he's back at it and has capped about 200+ inactives.. Shall I go for it and kick this clown down for good?

Not capping inactives is leftover from when we first started playing five years ago and there were not a lot of turf. In most areas now....meh. Cap away

I'd say this is more of a personal issue now than a turf wars police issue since he broke his promise with you. You should definitely show him why he shouldn't have broken his promise with you or else he won't take you seriously again
