your a warrior and your fighting aggainst demons. In order to lvl up you charactor/buy stuff/ upgrade stuff you need to collect demon souls. If you die you lose all of the souls you collected and go back all the way to the begining of the lvl. If you play online you can see other players messages that can help you. Also you can enter other players world and try to kill them

Also other people can enter your world and try to kill you. They can also leave bogus messages to mess with you
