There are only 2 types of meat I eat and yes Bacon is one of them. Yum!!! For the record my picky taste has nothing to do with eating healthy.

International Bacon Day is the first Saturday in September. I did not know that! Guess I better start celebrating now! Better late than never...

I've never heard of 'English mustard' but, if it's spicy like Guldens or even better- Boars Head Deli mustard then, im down to try it.

Cream cheese stuffed jalapeños wrapped in deer meat and bacon. Pretty much the only thing I eat when deer season comes around.

Soak bacon in molasses and let sit for a day in fridge covered. Then put them on skewers (thick cut works best). Then grill them on the BBQ. Your taste buds will die of unbelievable happiness.

Quick and easy snack. Take your bacon of choice. I prefer hickory bacon from a pig for this. Pilsbury cinnamon rolls in the can. Open it up. Unroll each cinnamon roll, add slice(s) of bacon and roll it back up. Bake and prepare per instructions. Straight awesomeness.
