I was sitting today thinking of all the wisdom I hope to pass on to my daughters. Thought maybe the TW community could help me out. Share your wisdom that you've accumulated over the years.

Serious tip : don't ever join any sport event when you're getting period. The worst pain of all , getting period cramp when your body is all sore from doing sports.
