Turf Wars By the Numbers:
Based on extrapolation of posted data regarding turf limits and levels, the natural turf limit at level 150 is 48 turf. Given that the maximum income per turf is 53.6k (excluding tax revenues), and the cost to equip each mob member is $1010 (attack only), $610 (defense only), and $1360 (best equipped, preferred method), this natural turf limit will support a maximum mob of 2547 (atk), 4217 (def), and 1891 (best equipment). A new player can reach these mob levels in 4-6 weeks, but would take several years to reach level 150.Assuming receipt of 3 skill points per level from levels 2-150, the level 150 player will have received 447 skill points. It is generally agreed that health should be maxed for every player. This costs 15 points, leaving 432. Ignoring energy completely and dumping the remainder of skill points into stamina will yield a respectable albeit somewhat lacking stamina of 220.

To max stamina at 250 will require an additional 60 skill points. 3 skill points can be purchased for 50 respect points. Given this, to max stamina will require an additional 1,000 respect points.
Data is lacking regarding respect points per level, but the best it can be pinned down is 1-3 per level. Assuming 1 respect point per level, this comes out to 149 at level 150, or with an average of 2 per level, 298 at level 150 (call it 150 and 300 to be generous). Given the above data, we can conclude that these respect points should be added either to turf limit at a cost of 12 per, or stamina at a cost of 50 per 3.
If we add them to turf limit, we can gain an additional 12-25 turf, resulting in additional mob support of [636(a), 1054(d), 472(b)] to [1326(a), 2196(d), 985(b)]. This results in a best case scenario mob of 6,413 for a defense only equipped player.

Adding them to stamina instead would result in between 9-18 skill points or an additional 4-9 stamina points, for a total of 224-229 stamina points.
Let's assume we will add the extra respect points to turf limit and buy outright the skill points for max stamina. Purchasing 1,000 respect points from the website will cost $35.98. Now, for only $35.98, we have a max stam, moderately equipped player of 6.4k mob, with no income or turf limit with which to hop and fight.
These numbers are necessarily ignoring tax reveunes, because they account for anywhere between a couple k of income per turf to up to 1 million extra income. With the support and protection of an over limit player to tax, this player could conceivably have enough income to equip a somewhat larger mob and the ability to hop. But these conditions are not possible to predict with accuracy, and still would only result in an extremely limited fighter, due to lack of turf limit.
Now add an additional skill...
