Don't get your hopes up. I tested the waters, same old nonsense. Lost 50+ turf in one area by people still holding on to grudges and got capped out of other areas for capping ONE turf from a tagged crew member. With no motivation to punch and no $ to drop turf (I came back in the negative) a return is not likely. Yea, I could sell all my weapons but where's the fun in that? Maybe in another year if the game actually makes some changes.

I had my debts "forgiven" when I came back from not playing for over a few years. Not sure if you have that option though
