Shedded skin particles are basically what dust is, barely noticeable, and always there. Sweat? Sure, but nothing noticeable, and if you wake up a little warm, then use deodorant. Better than going to bed without showering, what if you worked out? Or worked at a job. I spent my day today cutting wood with my family. Going to bed with wood chips, and sawdust would be just gross.

Maybe in the morning after way to many drinks. That is the only acceptable time
