Wondering why I am charged for 500 respect points I never received. Been a few days since the charge to my cell plan.

I guess, got a text from AT&T thanking me for purchasing 500 respect points for 19.99. Didn't really mind (may have bought the points while half asleep) but I didn't get the points.
