While I was washing y hair in the shower, the nozzle suddenly went to super hot. I didn't bump into it or anything. Strange...

Did you door lock from the outside, lights go off, and weird noises heard outside of the bathroom? If so, you may have p. Loco syndrome.

Iv had tha happen b4..... It's creepy. Most likely, there is pressure behind the taps that caused it to turn.

Yeah actually. I shut the door and then 20 seconds later it opened. And no one was there😳
