When you see these under 1k mob people with a bunch of capos when you work long and hard for mob and still have not as much ad they do?

You don't need capos. Pay the cops. It's easier and you don't have some one trying to cap your turf so they can have capo status.

We might be missing a lil point though, trying to get capo means working towards something. It often gives players (mostly new) the encouragement to punch codes, get bigger, cap, lay turf and in return have something to show for it. After you've been here a few months, got some capos, had a few v's, got a few (or many) k mob it don't seem important anymore. U move aside and let the new generation enjoy being capo. Some players just don't mature in te game though, won't mention names.
