The above message is from someone that I have had a little turf battels with over the past few weeks and continues to demolish his turf when I get near him even after he keeps capping my turf

Once he sees you are close to him he runs back to his little areas where they are not money over people who can attack him

Unfortunately, he decided to pull an Osama and hide in Pakistan. There's not much you can do unless you get there somehow.

Good for you , I see now you have torn down your turf in the area , you only have loads of money and a cocky attitude like you do because most of your turf is in places where not many people at all can reach you , move into a greater populated area like everyone else and continue to be cocky and see what happens to you
