Yesterday I was pushin myself way over my limit tryin to out more hours in my excercising class, like it wasn't bad enough I was sore from the previous day. Anyways, it hurts like hell to move around, I'm beyond soreness π΅
Oh yea and I ONLY HAVE ABOUT 2BIL π΅ WTF I FEEL SO BROKE!!!!

for a second I thought u got stuck in the bathroom again... Well, I would recommend trying some of those protien drinks, they taste like crap but they help repair muscles

Remember rest is just as important as training...your muscles need time to heal! Are you weight training or general cardio etc?

I've been weight training a while and 4 weeks ago started boxing...you get bigger by damaging your muscles and having them heal on top of the damage, this is why protien is important! But shakes are expensive so if on a budget take one 5-10mins after training. Also try not to train already tired muscle groups.

You need protein within 30 mins of the end of your session. If you want the pain to go away fast, stretch and massage your muscles. Drink lots of water. Bath with epsom salts.

Day 1. Abs and back
Day 2. Cardio
Day 3. Upper body
Day 4. Rest
Day 5. Legs cardio
Day 6. Abs, back and upper body
Day 7. Rest

On the protein, go to vitamin world or order online in bulk the big containers of do it yourself mix stuff. $17 gets you 2-3 month supply. And listen to these other guys...protein w/in 30 mins of end of exercise is a great recovery tool, as well as making sure you have enough protein in your system to actually build the muscle that you just worked for.
