I've been loosley playing with this game for close to a year now. I had gotten used to the way things were. In japan you tend to have lots of players clustered around tokyo, lesser numbers in other big cities and generally empty countrysides.
I've just came to England though and...wow. Even the tiny crappy town where my parents how is has loads of turfs. The entire country is claimed nearly。 the invite close players page gives like 20 names.
It's amazing how many people in England play this.
Has anyone else had such shock from population density switches?

(That's the entire point of the thread. Sorry)

There are 5 active airports in England so that has made it easy to populate, not everyone that has turf in uk is from uk.
There was also a big war in uk last year where hundreds of players flew in to get involved.
