Damn, there's a lot of berries this year. Sit down in one spot and fill a bucket in about 20 minutes. Best picking this old man has ever seen.

That's a little too far for a drive tomorrow. Too bad, the soil around here isn't acidic enough for blueberries, I can't find them anywhere close by.

Hammonton NJ was (may still be) the blueberry capital of the world. 70% of the worlds blueberries come from this town. Why do I know such useless trivia; I worked there for 5 years. Another interesting tidbit - most millionaires per square mile (due to the blueberry farms).

Blackberries are coming on strong n western Washington right nw.

My fav fruit is the peach, but those don't exactly grow wild anywhere I know of. 😞

Blackberries are still green here. I love blackberries in the winter when it's below zero, wind is blowing the snow around, and the day seems about 2 hours long. Reminds me of summer.

🍑Peaches are great but I always need a big ol plate I front of me or I'll get the juice everywhere...mangos are great too👍
