What is their history, and mission in this game?

They were founded 2 1/2 years ago when C-Dog posted in the forum looking to put together a crew from Wa, Or, and North Ca. Some major at the time players based in that area, Bonez and Saelo endorsed his efforts.
Their mission was to chase people who didn't play well with others, capping new players and inactives excessively. 2 notable examples from that region were Pasta Kid and Bum Rush.
When a few players from CMS / TWFC took in Pasta and Bum Rush and showed up in Wa, long time CMS / TWFC opponents from TC, BAIC and Stars helped NWR remove them.
During a major war in Los Angeles, NWR joined forces with BAIC and allies to boot the same enemies that had been booted from Wa and Or from Ca.
NWR continued to work with BAIC and other allies, and as the alliance landscape has changed over the last couple years, has developed into one of the top tier fighting alliances in the game.

They like to essentially police the world. Some of the smaller members have big mouths and hide under the protection of bigger members.
However, as an enemy of theirs, I can say that some of them have earned my respect on the map. Back when they were founded I was one of the people that joined up with bum rush and they made my journey to Vancouver and neighboring airports extremely difficult. Themis and Grim Reep capped me out of Denver twice before I finally got there, and once I did Deadman made it difficult to stay. I'd say that George and Sourd are some of the better players in their alliance though I strongly disagree with what they're trying to accomplish. They have a few snipers that are rather dedicated as well.
All in all they don't try to start fights they can't win in a landslide and have countless players fighting for a warped sense of "justice" that will ultimately kill this game.
Opinion from the other side, take it however you want.

The name "World Boss" is a name and nothing else. It doesnt give me the right to rule the world. Its simply a name I picked for myself. Many dont know where it originally came from. Maybe I am the head of NWR and you don't know it... Every crime family has an unseen head. Maybe I'm just a player who always wondered what NWR stood for. I figured that out. But I don't think I'll join either side. I'll just sit back and watch you destroy each other. It's a never ending war that will be fun to watch and hear about. Or maybe I could try joining these two opposing forces into an unstoppable force, however unlikely this is. But what I do know is I don't join into beef that I didn't start. I'm just a person who plays this game for fun. So good luck to NWR and the "Opposition". You are what make Turf Wars what it is. And thank you for that. And that was a joke about being the Don of NWR(whoever this might be)by the way. No need to destroy a "civilian"...
