Yup. Rome:Total War is awesome. Rome II looks not as good.

I like some of the older ones better. Newer ones are too slow and complicated

Awesome series, guns and riflemen made it too easy though. Longest range almost always wins.

I love 'Empire: Total War'. I don't play the battles much, I just enjoy invading other countries in the campaign map.
