A buddy of mine recently found out the hard way.. Capped a turf of a player that had similar mob to him, only to get smashed by someone later with over 20,000 more mob.. They even PM'd him saying it was their second account :-/

Yes. Entirely frowned upon. Having a mule acc basically breaks your income since you can freely collect and cap all of its turf, stress free. It's cheating kid.
