I just got a weapon from a mission called the "laser python" What do I do with it?

You select it, use on your enemy and it destroys all their turfs.
Some say its an easter egg within the game as its the only weapon that actually makes a sound when you use it. If i'm correct it goes 'Pew Pew'

I just used it on a guy near me named "HISSER" but one of his turfs survived

I got it once and tried using it on Add:Swagger but he had too much swag and deflected the entire thing so i had to reset under a new name.
