So if we're traveling (physically), you can't buy turf at a new airport that you're at if you don't have a ticket?

But u can only place near your physical location. Not just anywhere in the big airport circle.

It often does that if you go somewhere else have to refresh the map a few times I find

I find it frustrating when you are physically at an airport on stopover and you can't lay turf because there is no free space.

Tap someone's turf that's there and ask them to tear it down so you can plant. Many will let you if you're not an enemy trying to make holes.

Be careful because you can waste a plan ticket if you plant outside your green radius.
