Ok so if they cannot be commanders of a army just because of the clothes they wear? Then we should just take all the commanders clothes so they can't command the army anymore!!! I'm sure there is no dress code or a rule sayin they have to wear something to show they are commander or they can't lead their army!!! Js★fnord★ wrote:
So....these 5 individuals were top Taliban military commanders yet wore no uniforms indicating their high ranking positions? How does a person in undistinguishable clothing command an army? You seem to be arguing at cross-purposes here.

The choice to negotiate for Bergdahl's release is a part of Obama's new policy. He has recently stated that the United States should try to refrain from being the "World Police."

A man is finally home with his family who gives a crap about the rest!

The service our military personnel give to the country is the ultimate sacrifice that is one can make for their country. The president making deals with terrorists is quite another topic. The Geneva convention does not apply to terrorists. And if you harbor terrorists you are a terrorist as well. Let's cut through the bullshit.

One more quick point; If they are POWs, then they must be released after hostilities end. So if they Taliban surrender, they can all then walk away free?
