How about some alliances have actual guidelines or test periods for new members. Someone posts in the forum about wanting to join an alliance, and each flyby night clown college is all over them. Not for credibility, but for member numbers only! Don't act like a bunch of punks running around acting big, cause them mofo's always end up twitching and bleeding in the streets! My view on start up alliances, mpa shows promise, cem if they made some cuts
