This got me thinking. If anyone has a badass low level, low influence moderately mobbed, um, "friend", I'd be willing to work with your lil fella to wipe a city or two clean just for the hell of it.

Woah woah, Mystery, I didn't mean it as complaining, and I know it will never happen. I dont want to cap inactives. I just get frustrated about the massive amounts of turf some inactives have in some areas. I merely exaggerated on my condition greatly to get my point across.
