Where to trade Bermudan money?

I found a Bermudan bill a few months ago worth $10. It's exactly the same worth as American money. I was wondering if you guys knew a place where I could trade this for American money but not have to pay, because if there's a fee then it's probably not even worth it considering it's only $10 in the first place. Any help would be appreciated!

I believe most banks charge fees for exchanges and the fees are usually are more than $10
