Don Point prices in Aussie iTunes Store
Forums › General Discussion › Don Point prices in Aussie iTunes Store-
Wow. Used to be $AUD42 for a 1000 point pack. Now it's $AUD50. That's a way bigger increase than the 10% currency drop.
The 2500 pack used to be $95, now it's $115.
Use the website, Oz. It's cheaper after conversion, plus you get a discount! I'm sure nick gets a bigger cut, too.
I assume nick sets the $USD price and apple do the rest. How do these prices compare with € and £?

£22 for the 2500 pack. Not sure what that equals in Australian sorry. That's before the ten percent discount
-
It's $90 through iTunes, $80.99 through Nick's pocket. Seems cheaper for Brits and More expensive for Aussies

Today that's exactly $AUD40 and $USD37
Maybe it's cos you're closer to Ireland where Apple ships their container loads of profit? 😝

Apple have been price gouging Australians for years. Even when our Australian dollar was worth MORE than the US Dollar..... We still paid more than the US buyers.
I think the Australian Dollar was at $1.09 to the USD. even though we were almost 10% above parity... 500 Don Points cost Australians $20.99 whilst US Players paid $19.99.
This is not a game developer issue, it is an Apple issue due to the fact that this same problem was replicated all through the iTunes Store for all game benefit points and apps.
The world does not compete evenly through the iTunes Store.

Noticed it had gone up a bit recently - always used to be 14.99 for 375 , now is 18.99
-
It's £59.99 for the 2500 points pack in iTunes Store but I normally stock up on itunes gift cards whenever they're 20% off so it works out at about £47.99 for me
-
Gone up in € too. 1000 dp used to be €32.99 now €39.99, and 2500 dp is €79.99.

I don't think that is correct. If it is you are paying at least 300% less than us£22 for the 2500 pack. Not sure what that equals in Australian sorry. That's before the ten percent discount

Sorry was meant to be a quick turnaround shock factor. But then I got busy and no one replied. Not sure how much it is. I never look

I replied, I just didn't read it properly. If I had I'd have been all 😱😱😱

I'll log into to your iTunes account and buy the Don points here in the UK but only after you send me the money to buy them at UK prices.
