Who here has played this app since it launched?//

Does anybody remember BAIC (Bay Area Income Chain) or the other groups/collectives of players? //

It's been a long LONG time since I've played TW. Used to play as Badfiish! 🐠//

We used to help raise the income of each others' turfs by grouping in certain cities/towns. Lake Merrit in Oakland was the biggest populations around. Now I can't even see the map under all these turfs! Crazy.//

Had connections to some players from SoCal (i.e. Temecula, San Diego, Long Beach) and even from the Humboldt area too.//

At one point in time there was some kind of huge war that went from SF/Oakland to Las Vegas to Texas. It was BAIC and a couple other crews in the southern states that were getting their hat handed to them by like 3 guys out of the Houston area. //

PS: who remembers the forum troll "Thuglife" from Quebec?

Would be pretty cool to see if any of these people are still playing!

Lots of folks from that era are still lurking. Devilfish, El!, Bella make appearances now and then. Pm me if u have questions about specific players, and I'll fill u in as much as possible. 👍

I remember you. I was pretty "nooby" 4 years ago but I was in GC3 (the Texas alliance you mentioned that fought in the Vegas war). I didn't fight in that war because I wasn't close enough. I was on Pal though talking to the guys that drove to Abilene to get into range - giving them suggestions on where to find free wifi in Abilene so they could plant turf.

See now, that was dedication - 4 guys taking a road trip solely to plant turf to be able to fight.

Bella still lurks.

Yeah I kinda dropped off out of nowhere but like 3 years ago
Looks like it severely put me behind on mob building..... So many players half my level already have my mob size.
