So i had (what i believe) was a near death experience yesterday....

A few months ago I was diagnosed w ovarian cysts... They are painful but mostly not a serious condition.... A couple weeks ago i started taking a mew medicine to dissolve them... For the past 5 days i had a steady dull pain that kept getting worse... Thought i was adjusting to the meds but it just kept getting so bad... And yesterday at 4 am i had my gf drive me to the ER.... I was already in an intense amount of pain when suddenly it quadrupled.... At this point i was literally screaming in pain, my body got so hot that it fogged all the windows of the car, my vision started blacking out, i couldnt breath and I could no longer feel my extremities.... The cyst had ruptured.... For about 10 minutes I thought i was dying... Had one foot in hell and the other on earth....

Fast forward to today and i am just fine and all doped up on hydrocodone thank goodness

Anyway I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?

I dont know how to describe it, but i just sensed i was knocking on deaths door.... Strange feeling...

but as for the topic, i've had nothing real just dreams that seemed real enough where i was dying and felt my soul slipping away. the closer i got to death the better it felt.

I've also a near death experience but I'm sure yours may have been more painful since mine was unexplainable. The docs couldn't say what happened to me. I was in class when my hearts starts racing I can't breath. Despite keeping my breathing steady I started not be able to feel my arms and legs. I stood up(thinking that would get blood I'm my arms and legs)and fell straight down. At this point I got tunnel vision and could barely hear then it started ringing. Shortly after i couldn't move and I got sharp pain in every part of my body just moving my eye hurt feel like 1,000 needles and breathing was more painful than it was worth. Then after I don't know how long.... nothing. No pain, no one around at least mentally i was in a different place . A Very unique feeling. I was told my hands was cold and lost blood circulation but stopped short of saying my heart stopped.(odd I think)But I woke up with oxygen mask in an ambulance.

The nurse at school said my heart was beating way to fast and at one point beated way to slow. But the doctors at the hospital never gave an official diagnosis only a list of theories

When I was 18, I was running from my shotgun-toting neighbor (I was dicking around on his property, and he was convinced I was fooling around with his daughter) I slipped on the top of a gorge/ steep hill and landed on my back. Doctor said I was an inch from death.

Ate a bunch of mushrooms in the backyard as a toddler. Syrup of ipecac handled it. Also had a anaphylactic reaction to penicillin twice. Good times.

But I wasn't panicing about anything I've passed out before.

My wife has the same thing multiple cysts on her ovaries but never suffered like that hope all is ok i can imagine how painful it is my wife is always in pain due to them docs just keep sending her home saying there is nothing they can do

I almost bled out several years ago. First there was tingling throughout my body and everything started going dim and blurry. Then I had the sensation of floating. It was at that point i must've been hit with the defib because i was jolted back to semiconciousness

That's what I was thinking too, with the symptoms of hyperventilation also. Just an unofficial diagnosis from someone who has ran many similar calls 🚒&🚑. Even ran one like this last night. Glad your ok.
