You say there's been a fundamental change. What change? How are things different now or proposed tone different going forward from previously? Is it strictly leadership change or is there a philosophy change? Would you be open to accepting former members who have recently dropped tags back into the TC fold?
Why do you guys "expect" things to just change in regards to how others view you after such a long history of beinging the hammer to everyone else?
Words are great and saying change is here is somewhat of a starting point but actions speak louder than words and I think most, certainly myself, are going to need to see a sustained attitude shift before justifying any type of pull back in aggression on my end. I've heard too much bull shit over the years to take something like this at face value.
Just telling you how it is on my end. As I said previously, I certainly do not speak for other groups or individuals.

C'mon now, during the whole pax, expax and NCG thing, Pax changed leaders a couple times yet we were still hunted, I suspect a few would still be capped today if the tc wasn't so busy with getting smashed. I remember speaking with a few of TC and all I would get in return is a no truces, we go forever or until reset, always an enemy, etc etc.
The TC is reaping what they sowed.

So butcha is your leader? Funny how you say you want truces and peace then. Because your leader capped my setups two days ago. I told him I wasn't fighting TC so he stopped. Then the very next day I come on after work and see he capped all my setups on someone else, again. I don't see any "fundamental direction changes". I see a leader seeking new enemies. Guess you guys weren't busy enough with your current enemies?
