I really want another Norse tattoo, but the asshole white supremacists seem to have hijacked most of their runes and symbols. What are some good Norse symbols that haven't been stolen by self righteous bigots?

Try something based on Yggdrasil - the world tree. A buddy of mine got a whole back-piece done with Runes of the Younger Futhark woven in. It's the second-best piece I've ever seen. The best piece I've seen, I designed myself. I did a lot of research and combined symbols from several different cultures - including the sun, yin yang, my Zodiac sun-sign and Runes of the Elder Futhark. I can't draw, but I worked closely with my tattoo artist and we worked up all the details together before he put it on my back. Gorgeous work and I'm extremely proud of it. I suggest you really research the details before you get a permanent tatoo without knowing the exact meanings of the signs. Some signs you definitely don't want on your body. Just sayin'.
