Towels, rags, coffee, pillows, and many more. What are some things that you've "borrowed" from a hotel?

I've worked in a few different hotels. Any decent non shithole hotel is gonna charge you for missing pillows and towels. Maybe not one towel. But if you jack them all we'd be charging the credit card. The coffee and shampoo etc is all complimentary anyway so is a budgeted cost. And tbh most places get the coffee and all that other single serve stuff in mass bulk at a premium price from a distributor so isn't that big of a loss. One thing I take when I stay somewhere is the pen in the room. Most of the time there's a pen and notepad with the brand logo. I always take the pen lol.

Friend of mine's brother stole an alarm clock.

Mostly towels and bathrobes. Its a revenge thing against my company (they pay the bill). Its usually when they send me on a crappy aircraft that doesnt want to go home and i dont bring my bug-out bag. Stupid mechanical piles of rubbish.

After a night of drinking in college, my bedroom door was swapped with a motel room door. Nobody, neither me nor my buddies, can remember what happened that night.

Wasn't me. I would never steal anything. But a friend of mine.... Mighta got away from the last hotel stay with 4 bottles of unopened liquor. Some cigars. A few fancy glasses. Couple of shot glasses. A towel. (Had to wrap the glass in something!) the trident from the Poseidon statue in the fountain and Half a peacock.

When I was in my late teens I took everything from a crapy hotel. And I mean everything. We even took the mattress. An ex gf rented the room for me and paid cash. That was 15 years ago and I never heard anything. Also got her to get me a Nintendo from a movie rental place so I could sell it. I wasn't always nice.

My cousin made out with a window pane, a hair dryer and a cabinet door while the hotel was burning down. And we called him weird for bringing crowbars on trips.

I left a pair of fake oakley glasses, went back a few hours later and said i lost my sunglasses, walked out with a real pair that some poor guy had left behind 👌
