Trouble viewing top mobsters

I've been having an issue viewing top mobsters. When i get to filtering the results by city, it only allows me to view the first city on the list. When I try to scroll or select another city, it still shows the results for my first city (los angeles)

Tried restarting the app numerous times...Was hoping the update might help but it didnt. Is anybody else having this issue? It's really starting to affect my gameplay.... 💋
