Who has two first names or even three for their entire name? Ex: Jamie Lee Bryan -
Hawaiian names must be given by a person with Hawaiian Blood. My Godmother named me and appointed my guardians upon my birth. Iwalani (pronounced E va lah knee - w at the start of a word is as English w but any other place it becomes v) translation Heavenly Seabird... Now ya know why my nicknames are some variation of lil'Byrd. Didn't think it was fitting until a few years ago, when I realized it is so me! I avoid confrontation, rather just fly away... Whenever something is not so great I go straight to the beach. Ke kai (the ocean) has a constant "heartbeat" it soothes and calms me and at the same time I feel it strengthen me. My amakua is the honu (sea turtle) my guardians. Every time I go to the beach at least one is there for me, and one dark morning they saved my life.😘 mahalo for takin the time to read my long response😊
