There are forum mods too besides the tech support - but either way it doesn't make sense to keep everyone in the dark if they know about the glitch, working on it, trying to fix it or not, etc so that people aren't wasting time sitting on the app for the fix

@Nick A message acknowledging there is a problem goes a long way. It is now two hours since the update went live and I am sure that you have received 1000's of messages from not so satisfied customers. Pop in, acknowledge the issue and try your best to give an estimated time of restoral. That's all people want, is to know that you care. Not commenting on the issue is far worse in the long run. Hell, starting to think Cromag and Tally had the right idea.

👏👏👏it's after midnight in the UK which means 1000 limit missed if I go to bed....not happy. False advertisement is poor customer service,even worse when there's no explanation.

I say he just starts the 10 day period whenever he gets it fixed. Because if he gives everyone 100 or 1000 it dose nothing... Everyone would have them therefor there would be no gain. But all for doubling the DPs we have on hand😜
