I'm just pointing it out. All you gupaying tin him on the back sound encouraging. So he's gonna keep it up and soon the community will turn on him. How come no one said "hey good job, but next time don't hit an inactive".

People cap inactives all the time without even knowing it. I usually dont search if a guy is active or not before capping.
But if its in a big city with plenty of other turf, it really doesnt matter anyways.
