When you press "do it" on the missions page? I keep my fingers crossed for a union boss. It costs a lot to equip my mob... I can really use the extra income he brings in. If not a union boss, then canolis rock. (more chances to get a union boss!) But if I can't have either of those, then some AR's would be nice.
