@freemason allow me to explain myself. When I said "give players a second chance instead of destroying them for an angry mistake," I meant when an established player caps a few turf and the noob gets angry an replies with insults, just tell them that getting capped is part of the game etc. But this guy, who is receiving a helpful piece of advice, has no reason to respond as he did.

Instead of flattening noobs who insult you or use vulgar/racist/sexist etc terms, maybe we could inform them politely how to act if they want to thrive in the game and be accepted by the community. I'm not saying that racists and vulgar eleven year olds should go unpushished, but people get mad and make mistakes. Just politely tell them not to conduct themselves like such and to remove forum posts, turf, etc that include the offensive terms, and see the response you get from them.
