Yep. That was me. I dont mind being capped. I just dont want to be attacked because people think I am someone who I am not. It got annoying after I got capped out of France.

No, it's ok to cap him and attack him because you dislike him. It's not ok to cap or attack him because you mistakenly think he is allies with your enemy.

I'm about to find out how he feels about being capped for contradictory forum posts.
