You can only get it in small energy jobs and the chance are extremely low....it's not even worth it, I'd rather do the 44 job and get a lot of EXP

Loot adds a small extra element to the game. It also gives max level players a reason to do missions again which is what I think it's geared toward. Don't diss something just because you don't feel it works for you. Not every update is for every type of player

Agrreed. If you won't xp, stop pussing out and start fighting. Fighting will level you up in days, where xp takes weeks.
