What's the difference between a mob and a henchman?

Also how does the upkeep cost work? Does it take money from you every time you use it or after everday. Also what if you don't have enough money on you to pay for the costs?

No difference currently vs. Mob or henchmen.

Upkeep is just negitive income. The $ number you see in the upper right is your net incomevafter upkeep is considered.

If it's negetive, you start losing money every HR instead of gain.

The difference between mob & henchmen: mob are other players that you add & henchmen are fake mob members you purchase with respect points in order to grow your numbers. They're not real people though.
