Same here. Every time I try, I get a pop up message.

Try spamming the free points, even if it gives you the not available message. I usually quit at 15, but it has helped me get points MUCH more frequently.

close the app and start it again that works for me sometimes.

My account on an iPad works maybe once a week....my wife's account on an iPhone works every freiking time.. I think the don likes chicks... That must be it.

Mine works on my iPhone everytime, but on my brothers iPod never.
