Two months ago I started running on a regular basis. And I entered my first 5k race last night and won. Timed it at 21:47. Who all on here are runners with a decent time?

I've only done one. I did it in 28:30. The guy who won did it in like 18 something.

My PR is an 18:20, but I consistently run them in the 18:50's.

Many, many moons ago. In HS I ran cross country and was consistently in the 17's. I think my PR for 3 miles was around 16 flat.

I run cross country on a team and my best time is 20:20. Definately not the best but it's fine for me.

My PR is currently 20:05 and I plan on getting under 19 very soon. Haven't found my wall yet considering I only started running two months ago. Best mile is 5:26 though! Kinda decent.

It's crazy how our bodies can handle that intensity!

That's pretty good! Usually mine are consistently sub 20 but I've been running for over a year, so nice job!

Every Thanksgiving some of us on the fire department run a turkey trot in full turn out gear wearing air packs & breathing from our bottles until we run out of air, then we take our mask off. It is just for fun & we all go the pace of our slowest runner. We average 35 minutes but that's not horrible, considering that my gear + air pack weigh almost 70 pounds.

My best mile run is 6:18 I will not say my age.
