Easiest way to find what you are looking for is to go to the "Top Mobster" tab on the home screen. Find a few players from the list that pops up and look for the players with those stars.
Message them directly for the answers you seek. It may be of better help to you. 👍

The wiki is way outa date on alliances. Also, some alliances don't particulaly want to advertise themselves, or their membership, in the wiki.

Its best if an alliance comes to you to join. They really only bring drama in my opinion. Or at least the bigger ones. But with 4k mob, you are better off trying for a local alliance.
