Does anyone have any suggestions for headphones with excellent sound quality and wide sound stage? The pair I have now is decent quality but the sound stage is so narrow they give me a headache. What I would like is something under $250. Dont you dare say beats either.

Souls by ludacris. They're cheaper than beats for the same quality.

Sennheiser makes some good headphones, but for my money I'd get a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-M50 for $150. Google the reviews, or better yet go to a site like Gearslutz and see what people say about them. They come in different colors, too.

Ok best headphones for the price you can get are audio technica ath-m50's they are only like 150 so you could also by a portable amp and make them give you a double ear orgasm instead of the singular ear gams you get with just the headphones alone.

I got the whites but they get dirty as balls haha. I've had em about a year and a half and they still sound amazin the only thing is the wire is over stretched haha. They have red ones now that are really cool

The thing is there isn't a part on te sennheiser that isn't replaceable!!! If the lead goes you can replace! Same goes for the speakers themselves! I know what is look at but it's down to personal choice! Try a few out and see which you prefer!

Quite a few names have been mentioned bro. Best thing to do is look on Which? Or do an online comparison. Each have their favourites. I know a few people who have gone from Stanton to sennheiser to beats then back to sennheiser
Just do some research. All depends on how your going to be using them too! What setup. Etc etc

I swear by Grado headphones. Even their cheapest sound better than beats.
