Anyone recommend and pre workouts? I used to take ds craze but it was recently shown that it contains an amphetamine like compound so needless to say I won't be buying another supply no matter how good it works haha. Anyone have any recommendations?

I used to concider myself a body builder since all day long that's all I would be doing, but I never used any work out or pre/post work out powders or anything. My brother did....didnt seem to do anything to him. But to me it would just hurt my stomach -

Drink a cup of coffee, take a dump, lift heavy things. Done.

White FloodAre all good. No pre workout or gym will fix a poor diet tho which put on those pounds . Fix the diet and the weight comes off on its own, working out speeds that up.

Your call. I'd stick to whey protein shakes for the weight loss and a double espresso up to an hour before you work out for that buzz. Cheap and does the trick.

Yea I've been on a diet for a while now and I've lost 20 pounds just from that. I'm still trying to drop another 30 though and like you said, the workout is just to speed up the process. Once I drop the extra 30 then I'm gonna start trying to bulk up again.

Eat right, and do these this video series and you won't be disappointed, I lost 10 pounds and have those washboard abs, and toned body that I can be proud if and the ladies love

That's ultimately what I'm shooting for but the problem with that is when you workout to build muscle your appetite in turn increases also.
