Throw your phone in the water and test it. Come back and report your findings. Don't need a 7 page report, A simple hypothesis of your observation should suffice.

Some entertaining group post a ad that looked like a apple ad it had lots of scientific stuff about the phone sensing water and shutting down some idiots believed it and tried it 😂😂😂😂 they are now trying to sue apple

I have an Xperia Z1... Waterproof to 1.5meters...

Just need to find a swimming pool full or sexy ladies... Then the 21mp camera may actually be of some use!
