True, I actually had to set a MEXICAN at work straight on that today... Embarrassing!
Also, Americans should all know the significance of 5 de Mayo as Mexico prevented a major reinforcement for the confederate army from reaching its destination without notice. Maybe ill get into this on 5 de mayo.

Yea exactly, I don't remember what the name of the battle was but it involved the Mexican army defeating the French. I had to learn it when I took my foreign language class.
